I'm having the stupid heart/pericarditis pain again today. And ibuprofen isn't helping AT ALL. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. There has to be SOMETHING I can do. It is really hurting today. I missed work. My boss is totally understanding, but I can't live like this.
These are the times in my life when I feel my body's age trying to take control of the age I still feel in my mind. I suppose that's life. I see it every day at work. It happens to everyone.
*sigh*

um...but your actual age isn't really old. tell your heart knock it off and let you be!
